I believe that the preliminary exercise went really well as it uses:
- Match on action
- shot reverse shot
and it doesn't break the
180 degree rule. However i believe that it could be improved by editing being more accurate. This is because in several different shots there was a few mistakes. The mistakes consisted of the cameramans thumb slightly covering the lense and a continuity error where tania gets up to leave carrying nothing but when she exits the room she carries a book with her, this was because of false editing. Other than these slight problems the exercise went well as its shows the necessary requirements and has helped us to improve our media skills
